These terms apply when you use Nyota (the "service"), operated by ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

What we provide

Nyota is an online tool to design digital invitations. You can create and preview an invitation for free. A one-time payment of ₹ per invitation unlocks the complete set: a high-resolution, watermark-free card (image or animation) for the main invite and every function, in each language you chose, plus a shareable guest page.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, dates, venues and other text you enter, and for having the right to share them. Do not use the service for unlawful, hateful or misleading content. You keep all rights to your content.

Delivery

The product is digital and delivered instantly in your browser after a successful payment. Your purchase is saved to the email address you give at checkout. Log in from any device under "My invites" with a one-time code sent to that email to edit and download again. After purchase you can change dates, venues, functions, wording and design, but the names on the invitation and the languages chosen stay as bought. If you lose access to your email, contact us with your payment ID.

Designs

The design templates remain our property. You may use the invitations you create for personal, non-commercial purposes such as inviting guests. You may not resell the templates.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Please check every detail on your invitation before sending it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
