Refunds and cancellations

You can make and preview your entire invitation for free before paying, so please check it carefully first.

When we refund

We give a full refund if:

• you were charged but the HD invite did not unlock, and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, or
• you were charged more than once for the same invitation, or
• a technical fault on our side makes the downloaded invitation unusable and we cannot fix it.

When we do not refund

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, we do not refund after a successful unlock for a change of mind or for typing mistakes. You can correct mistakes yourself and download again at no extra cost.

How to ask

Write to within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within one working day.

Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 working days. The bank or UPI app usually credits it within 5 to 7 working days after that.

Cancellations

There is no subscription to cancel. Each payment is a one-time purchase for one invitation set.
